A Prayer for Healing from Soul Trauma

Lord, You are the restorer of my soul [Psalm 23:3]. I come to You today with a heavy heart, bringing the deep wounds, fears, and memories that have fractured my inner peace. Father, You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit [Psalm 34:18]. When I feel overwhelmed by the weight of my past, remind me that I do not walk through this valley of shadows alone [Psalm 23:4]. Let Your presence be my constant refuge. Jesus, You came to bind up the brokenhearted and proclaim freedom [Isaiah 61:1]. I ask that You break the chains of trauma, anxiety, and pain that bind my mind and emotions. As You promised, grant me a crown of beauty instead of ashes, and the oil of joy instead of mourning [Isaiah 61:3].Lord Jesus, You said to come to You when I am weary, and You will give my soul rest [Matthew 11:28]. When my mind races and my spirit is exhausted, I choose to cast all my anxieties upon You, because I know You care for me [1 Peter 5:7]. Replace my inner turmoil with Your perfect peace [Philippians 4:6-7].Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved [Jeremiah 17:14]. Wash me clean from the residue of trauma. Transform my mind [Romans 12:2] and breathe Your healing life into every hidden place within me. Restore the years that have been lost, and help me to step forward in the freedom and wholeness purchased for me. In Your holy and precious name, I pray. Amen.
