A Prayer for Healing Heavenly Father, I come to You today with a heavy heart and a wounded spirit. You know the exact pain, disappointment, and sorrow I am carrying. It feels too deep for me to bear on my own. Lord, Your Word promises in Psalm 147:3 that You "heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." I bring all the broken pieces of my heart and lay them at Your feet. Heal the areas of my heart that are shattered, and bandage the hidden wounds that others cannot see.
