Father, in the name of Jesus, I come before Your throne of grace. You are the God who heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.
I ask You to reach into the deepest places of my soul — every wound, every trauma, every memory that carries pain — and bring Your healing touch.
Lord, I surrender every area of brokenness to You. I release the pain of rejection, abandonment, betrayal, and abuse. I choose to forgive every person who has wounded me, and I ask You to heal the places where unforgiveness has taken root.
I declare that by the stripes of Jesus, I am healed in body, soul, and spirit. I receive Your peace that surpasses all understanding. I declare that old things have passed away and all things are becoming new.
Holy Spirit, fill every empty place in my heart with Your love. Restore what the enemy has stolen. Rebuild what has been torn down. Renew my mind with the truth of who I am in Christ.
I am not defined by my past. I am defined by the finished work of Jesus on the cross. I am healed. I am whole. I am free.
