Ephesians 6:10-18. It is designed to be prayed daily to seek protection, strength, and unity for your household. Heavenly Father, Thank You for loving us and making us a family. We know that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of darkness Ephesians 6:12. Today, we claim the promise of Your mighty power and ask You to clothe our entire household in the full armor of God Ephesians 6:11.
- The Belt of Truth: We pray that Your truth will rule in our hearts, minds, and words. Protect our family from deception and guide our steps in integrity Ephesians 6:14.
- The Breastplate of Righteousness: Guard our emotions and moral choices. Clothe us in the righteousness of Christ so that we may honor You in how we treat one another Ephesians 6:14.
- The Shoes of the Gospel of Peace: Let the peace of Christ reign in our home [Colossians 3:15]. Give our family the readiness to share Your love, and make our home a safe haven of unity Ephesians 6:15.
- The Shield of Faith: We lift up our shield of faith to extinguish every flaming arrow of the enemy—including fear, doubt, worry, and division Ephesians 6:16.
- The Helmet of Salvation: Protect our minds. Remind us daily of Your saving grace and keep our thoughts focused on things that are pure, lovely, and of good report [Ephesians 6:17](biblegateway.com, Philippians 4:8).
- The Sword of the Spirit: Equip us with Your Word. May Your Holy Spirit bring scripture to our minds to guide our decisions and overcome every temptation Ephesians 6:17.
Father, we pray that having done all, we will stand firm Ephesians 6:13. We place our family under the shadow of Your wings and declare that no weapon formed against us shall prosper [Psalm 91:4](biblegateway.com, Isaiah 54:17).In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
